Friday :

9.30 am : ECF general assembly

12 noon : Opening of the bar 

12 noon => 2 pm : Restaurant (meal by reservation only ) 

1 pm : Opening of the secretariat 

2 pm => 7 pm : Veterinary inspection

6 pm : Technical Committee meeting

6.30 pm : Team Managers

6.00 pm => 9.30 pm : Restaurant (meal by reservation only)

                N.B. : break from 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm

7.30 pm : Opening Ceremony in the tent

Veterinary inspection (reserved for competitors arriving after 7.00 pm) : from 9 pm to 9.30 pm

Saturday :

7 am => 8.30 am : Breakfast (by reservation only) 

8.00 am => 8.30 am : Veterinary  inspection (solely for competitors arriving during the night) 

8.30 am : First Bikejöring start

10 am: Opening of the bar 

10.30 am : First Canicross start

12 noon => 3 pm : Restaurant (meal by reservation only) 

2 pm => 5 pm : Opening of bike workshop

3.45 pm: Technical Team meeting + inspection team

5 pm : Team managers meeting

6 pm : Opening of the tent 

-          6.15 pm : drink offered 

-          6.30 pm : show "Les athlètes sur scène" (Athletes on stage)

-          7.30 pm: dinner 

-          followed by a dance (DJ) concluded at 11.30 pm

Sunday :

7 am => 8.30 am : Breakfast (by reservation only) 

8.30 am : First Bikejöring start

9.45 am : First Canicross start

10 pm : Opening of the bar 

12 noon => 3.45 pm : Restaurant (meal by reservation only)

3 pm : Technical Team meeting + inspection team

3.20 pm : Canicross relay

4.00 pm : Prize-awarding Ceremony in the tent
